Mindful Manhood brings together young men determined to take command of their lives and consciously grow into their fullest potential alongside like-minded brothers.

Why Mindfulness
It has never been easier to live on autopilot. Millions of dollars are poured into getting people distracted and disconnected from what matters because those are the kind of people who are easiest to influence.
For us, mindfulness is the antidote. It’s the practice of repeatedly bringing our attention back to the present moment so that we can see the world more clearly and make choices that serve us instead of falling back on unhelpful habits to get us through the day.
With consistent practice, we become less judgmental and more curious. Less reactive and more responsible. Less impatient and more forgiving. We become men who are more confident, focused, compassionate, and capable; who understand our blind spots, live in alignment with our values, and know that improving the planet starts with improving ourselves.

What To Expect
As part of our community, you will:
Learn simple and effective breathing, meditation, and embodiment practices to feel better in your mind and body
Build real friendships with other men interested in achieving their potential and becoming powerfully present
Develop a consistent daily centering ritual with uplifting accountability so you can live by design instead of by default
Have a place where you can show up without fear of judgment, no matter what’s going on in your life
Learn from other men’s success and failures so you can avoid pitfalls and achieve your goals more efficiently

How To Join
This is an invite-only community for men ready to commit to a regular centering practice and community check-ins. Once you have received an invite from a current member or have connected with an existing member over the phone (schedule one here), select a plan below to join👇
You will be asked to create an account and complete a few short questions. Once your application has been approved, be sure to check your email for an official invitation.
The first month is free so you can see if the community is right for you. After that, basic membership costs $30 a month. This money allows us to keep the community running and reflects our commitment to investing in ourselves every day through a consistent mindfulness practice ($1 a day).
